I Am a Runner

I am a runner. It wasn’t always that way. I found a cause, or the cause found me – the order is irrelevant. But that cause led me to run, and run repeatedly, for a reason.

It wasn’t easy to run for a reason. I had to step way beyond that which was typical for me. Once you commit yourself to something that is beyond your ordinary you get a front row seat to watch the extraordinary happen. Along the way to becoming a runner, I witnessed the miraculous happen and was joined in the journey by many like-minded people. I could not have made this journey without them beside me, helping me move forward.

In the three years that I have been part of the “Be Change” movement I have completed three marathons with them. I am living proof that almost anyone can do this. I invite you to join “Be Change” and watch incredible things happen in your life and in the lives of the kids that we run for.
